 Prohibited Activities

The actions listed below are not allowed when using the service:

• Using scripts, bots, or other automated tools to enter draws
• Trying to influence results or exploit technical weaknesses
• Taking part while physically located outside Canada
• Using unauthorized payments or misused credentials
• Breaking any laws or regulatory requirements that apply

If these rules are breached, we may close the account without notice, cancel winnings, and take further action where appropriate.

 Account Responsibilities

When you open an account, you agree that you will:

• Submit information that is correct, up to date, and complete
• Update account details when changes occur
• Keep login details secure and confidential
• Be responsible for activity carried out under your account
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access

Account credentials must not be shared with others, and you may not use an account that belongs to someone else.

 Acceptance of Terms

When you access Timbit Treasure services or use them in any way, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and TECHNO-JEUX INC, operating as Timbit Treasure under RACJ License #856-36.

 Eligibility Requirements

To take part in Timbit Treasure, you must meet these conditions:

• Be 19 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your province or territory)
• Live in Canada and be able to provide valid identity and address proof
• Not be restricted from gambling through self-exclusion programs
• Not be an employee of TECHNO-JEUX INC, a close relative, or a related regulatory representative
• Have the legal ability to enter into enforceable agreements

 Draw Participation

Entries and draws are subject to the conditions below:

• Each entry must include valid payment and confirmation of eligibility
• Draws take place at stated times and follow documented procedures
• Declared results are final and are not open to review or appeal
• Prize claims must be submitted within 21 days from the draw date
• Unclaimed prizes are processed in accordance with RACJ requirements

 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TECHNO-JEUX INC is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential losses and similar damages
• Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data
• Interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control
• Content or actions originating from third parties
• Issues caused by user mistakes or user device limitations

If liability applies, the maximum amount will not exceed what you paid to participate in the draw connected to the claim.
